The 2-week path
Week 1 — Read the company and build-standard docs, meet the agent team, shadow a live sprint cycle.
Week 2 — Own a workstream under supervision, then sit the certification exam at the gate. Pass mark 80%. Tejo signs, Putri files the record.

Week 1Pre & post exam
